The Connecticut Automobile Insurance Assigned Risk Plan is administered by a Governing Committee consisting of eight Plan subscriber companies two from each of the following classes of companies: AIA, PCI, two companies not affiliated with any trade organization and two subscriber companies elected as at-large representatives, two licensed producer representatives and one ex-officio non-voting member from the Department of Insurance.
