Rules 7 and 17 are amended to revise the senior driver classification factors corresponding to the adoption of the common territory map.

Rule 31 is amended to include alphabetic and numeric listings of New Jersey cities/towns and associated zip codes of the new territory structure.

The private passenger liability and physical damage rates are revised to reflect the new territory structure.

These amendments are effective January 1, 2009.
