Rules 27 and 54 are revised to include exceptions (i.e., additional charges do not apply) for

+ speeding violations of not more than 10 miles per hour in excess of a maximum posted speed limit of 55 miles per hour or more, but not exceeding a maximum posted speed limit of 70 miles per hour;

+ speeding violations, occurring on or after July 1, 2007, of not more than six miles per hour in excess of a maximum posted speed limit of 30 miles per hour or more, but not exceeding 54 miles per hour.

Rule 140 is amended to provide rating instructions for no-fault coverage for commercial use motorcycles based on engine size.

These amendments are effective October 1, 2008.
