Plan of Operations

Section 4 is amended to state that the Plan Annual Report of Operations will be available to subscriber companies by accessing the Plan website or, upon request, by contacting the Plan Office.

Manual of Rules and Rates

Rule 101 is amended to eliminate equipment and implement dealer risks from the list of classifications eligible for garage rating.

These amendments are effective September 1, 2009.
