Rule 20 is amended to clarify the definition of trailer.
Rule 21 is amended to omit reference to the Audio, Visual, and Data Electronic Equipment Coverage Rule and to track the change to Rule 20.
Rule 26 is amended to (1) introduce the option of excluding coverage for public or livery conveyances, (2) delete the rating provisions for garage employees currently available under this rule, and (3) revise the premium development provisions.
Rule 29 is deleted in its entirety since it is no longer necessary as this coverage is automatically provided under the new edition of the Personal Auto Policy with no additional premium charge.
Rule 30 is amended to (1) clarify and simplify the rule, (2) reflect the option to exclude coverage for autos furnished or available for the insured’s regular use, and (3) state that coverage may be purchased for a resident relative of the named individual.
Rule 31 is amended to (1) clarify that the physical damage rates for trailers and camper bodies are developed on an Actual Cash Value basis and (2) introduce a comprehensive and collision rate for all trailers, other than travel trailers or camper trailers.
These amendments are effective June 1, 2008.
