Governing Committee

The North Dakota Automobile Insurance Plan is administered by a Governing Committee consisting of eight Plan subscriber companies.

The eight Plan subscriber companies shall consist of two representatives from each of the following Classes of companies:

• American Insurance Association (AIA)
• Property Casualty Insurers Association of American (PCI)
• Nonaffiliated Insurance Companies (NAF)

Each trade association shown above shall nominate its representative to the committee.

Two subscriber companies shall be at-large representatives as elected in Section 4.B.3.

Nonaffiliated company insurers shall select representatives on a weighted vote basis.
