Board of Governors

A Board of Governors and a Manager shall administer the New Hampshire Automobile Insurance Plan. The Board of Governors shall consist of one member of the public, one member who is an employee of the Insurance Department, two licensed New Hampshire Insurance producers, and six company voting members.
