News of Interest for the New Hampshire Automobile Insurance Plan
TWO IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE PLAN
I. We listened to you! The Plan's Commercial Application can be downloaded free of charge.
Beginning November 1,2007, certified producers can download and copy New Hampshire Automobile Insurance Plan forms
including the newly revised Commercial Application (ALP 5801-1 1:07 ed) and Garage Supplement (ALP 5802-1 1/07 ed.).
Effective November 1, 2007 for new business and renewal policies, Service Operations have been eliminated from the
Garage Coverage Form and are no longer eligible for coverage through the Plan.
