The New Jersey Automobile Insurance Plans’ Voice Response Unit will provide you with assignment information for NJPAIP and NJCAIP applications assigned by the Plans within the past six months.  The VRU is available from 8 A.M to 11 P.M Monday through Saturday.

If you are a certified producer with NJAIP, all you have to do is call our Voice Response Unit at 800-677-7247, and follow the step-by-step prompts. When prompted, please select Option 2, you will be required to provide the last five digits of the Vehicle Identification Number, and the following information will be provided over the telephone:

• Assigned Company Name
• Company telephone number
• Effective Date
• 10-digit Application Processing Number (APN)
