Governing Committee

The Rhode island Automobile Insurance Plan is administered by a Governing Committee consisting of five producer representatives, one public member and eight Plan subscriber companies, two from each of the following classes of companies: AlA, PCI, two companies not affiliated with any trade organization and two subscriber companies elected as at-large representatives. In addition, each CAIP servicing carrier shall be annually appointed to the Committee as a nonvoting member.
