The AAIPSC assigns automobile applications for insurance (private passenger non fleet and small commercial business) to companies licensed and writing insurance in South Carolina.

Subscribership Questionaire:

Companies will be asked to fill out a Subscribership Questionaire that will advise AIPSO of the coverages/types of risks they currently write and service in South Carolina and the U.S.

Policy Forms and Endorsements

Policy Forms and Endorsements (PFE) for private passenger and small commercial business were promulgated by the Department of Insurance for each company’s use in servicing AAIP business.To access these policy forms online, visit our Policy Forms and Endorsements web page.

The cost of the AAIPSC materials is as follows:

• Symbols & Identification Manual $55

Each company’s share of assignments for each line of business is based upon statistical data supplied by its statistical agent to AIPSO. If your company does not contract with a statistical agent, you must make arrangements to report your company’s voluntary and AAIP data directly to AIPSO in accordance with the South Carolina statistical plan.
