Definition of a Chargeable Accident:   Any automobile accident involving any person who customarily operates the automobile while operating any private passenger type automobile resulting in bodily injury or death, or resulting in damage to any property, including his own, in excess of $200.  If the applicant can demonstrate that the accident occurred under any of the circumstances listed under the exceptions to the Item 10 on the application form, no points will be chargeable.
  
Note:  No points are assignable for accidents or moving traffic convictions incurred by an operator demonstrated to be a named insured or principal operator of an automobile currently insured under a separate policy.
