Subscription Information

AIPSO offers the plan manuals in both electronic and conventional print formats.

Printed versions, which include updates, can be obtained by paying an annual subscription fee. To subscribe to printed versions of the manual please call AIPSO Mail Order Management at (401) 942-9799.

Electronic manuals are available as basic print image and fully interactive products (Interactive vs. PDF: What's the difference). The interactive electronic manuals reflect the provisions of the manual currently in effect. Please refer to the terms of use. An electronic update notification service, which will notify registered users via e-mail whenever the manuals are updated, is available. Interested users may subscribe at any time by submitting their e-mail address to AIPSO using the signup page provided on the state website. There is no charge either for the electronic update notification service or access to the electronic manuals themselves.

AIPSO also provides the ISO Symbols & Identification Manual to licensed producers, subscriber companies, and state insurance regulators who participate in the automobile insurance residual market. The Portfolio of Policy Forms and Endorsements are currently available in electronic format for a limited number of states. Manualholders who elect to cancel or nonrenew their conventional paper manual subscriptions may want to maintain such subscriptions for the Portfolio of Policy Forms and Endorsements. AIPSO plans to provide additonal Policy Forms and Endorsements in electronic format in the future.
