*Important* - Amended effective date of March 1, 2009 for the introduction of the 2005 Personal Auto Policy and changes to Civil Union with associated endorsements and rule changes.

The amendments, which were originally announced in NP 2008 Revision 001, indicated a November 1, 2008 effective date.

In order for subscribers to have sufficient time to implement the amendments, the effective date is extended to March 1, 2009.

The January 2005 Personal Auto Policy will replace the June 1998 edition.

Amendments to Rule 29 and forms NHARF 00 25 and NHARF 00 26 will ensure compliance with New Hampshire Administrative Rules and Statues which state that motorcycles and motor homes meet the definition of a motor vehicle and are required to have the same coverage as any other motor vehicle. Motorcycles and motor homes will now be afforded the same coverage as a private passenger auto (owned or nonowned).

Amendments to Rules 7, 9, and 10, forms NHARF 00 25 and NHARF 00 26 include the same rating, other rights and obligation and responsibilities to parties of a civil union to ensure compliance with 2007 N.H. Laws 58 (former H.B. 437).
