California low cost auto insurance program.
(2) The New Jersey Personal Automobile Insurance
Plan (NJPAIP) effective 10/1/92. The New Jersey Urban Zone Assigned Risk Plan (UZAR)
is administered by the NJ PAIP office in Mt. Laurel.
(3) Under the New York AIP, a voluntary Public
Automobile Pool, Commercial Limited Assignment Distribution, and Special Risk
Distribution Program are provided.
(4) Pennsylvania CAIP was in effect through
8/30/91; CAP is effective afterwards.
(5) Associated Auto Insurers Plan
of South Carolina ( an AIP ) began operations 3/1/03.
