AIPSO's Office Schedule: Monday, October 12

AIPSO's home office in Johnston RI and facility in Mayfield Heights OH, along with the New York AIP, New Jersey Plans, Central Region, Mid-Atlantic Region, Northeast Region and Southeast Region, will be closed on Monday, October 12 in observance of Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day. Our remote offices in Alabama, Illinois, Minnesota, and Virginia will also be closed on October 12.

Some services may be delayed or unavailable, including:

  • The Florida Automobile Joint Underwriting Association's policy administration services
  • The Hawaii Joint Underwriting Plan's policy administration services
  • Mail processing services for all regional/Plan offices headquartered in Johnston, Rhode Island, as well as for AIPSO’s New York, New Jersey, Mid-Atlantic, Southeastern, and Western Region offices
  • Personal Automobile Insurance Procedure services for the Automobile Insurance Plans in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, Wisconsin.
  • The Rhode Island AIP's payment processing services
  • The Insurance Operations telephone customer support lines for CAIP, New Jersey SAIP, PAIP states, Rhode Island AIP, California, Florida, and Hawaii

All other AIPSO regional and remote offices will open and operate during regular business hours on October 12.

All offices will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, October 13.
