AIPSO's Office Schedule: Monday, August 10

AIPSO's home office in Johnston, RI will be closed on Monday, August 10 in observance of a state holiday. Our remote offices in Alabama, Illinois, Minnesota, and Virginia, which are part the Field & Plan Operations headquartered in the home office, will also be closed on August 10. 

Some services may be delayed or unavailable, including:
•    The Florida Automobile Joint Underwriting Association's policy administration services
•    The Hawaii Joint Underwriting Plan's policy administration services
•    Mail processing services for all regional/Plan offices headquartered in Johnston, Rhode Island, as well as for AIPSO’s New Jersey, Mid-Atlantic, Southeastern, and Western Region offices
•    Personal Automobile Insurance Procedure services for the Automobile Insurance Plans in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Misissippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, Wisconsin.
•    The Rhode Island AIP's payment processing services

AIPSO's Mayfield Heights OH office, other regional offices, and remote offices will open and operate during regular business hours on August 10. 

All AIPSO offices will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, August 11.
