WI-2026-Revision-001

Plan of Operation

Section 25 is amended to remove the reference to experience rating.

Section 28 is amended to remove the reference to facultative reinsurance.

Manual of Rules and Rates

Rule 7 is amended to remove the facultative reinsurance provision.

Rules 51, 73 through 75, 82, 83, 93 through 95, 101, and 112 are amended to remove the references to experience rating plan.

Rule 53. Excess Limits Facultative Reinsurance (A) Rates is deleted in its entirety.

Rule 54. Experience Rating Plan, the Credibility and Maximum Single Loss Table, the Experience Rating Example, and the Experience Rating Worksheet are deleted in their entirety.

Rule 55 is amended to remove the reference to experience rating.

The Trucks, Tractors, and Trailers Other than Zone Rated, Zone Rated Trucks, Tractors, and Trailers, Private Passenger Types, Public Transportation Autos Other than Zone Rated, and Zone Rated Public Transportation Autos Worksheets are amended to remove the reference to experience rating modification.

These amendments are effective January 1, 2027.
