Benefits and Compensation

Total Rewards Philosophy

As a nonprofit service provider to the residual market insurance industry, AIPSO's total rewards philosophy is to provide compensation and benefits that are competitive to the market.  AIPSO is committed to providing total rewards that support our strategy to attract and retain skilled and talented employees.  We believe this results in high performing employees who feel satisfied in their work environment.

Our compensation programs are evaluated to promote internal equity while recognizing both sustained levels of high performance and longevity.

Our benefits programs offer opportunities for professional career growth to leverage and expand skills in a supportive, learning centered, and team oriented environment.  Workplace flexibility is a valued benefit that develops long term employee engagement through work schedules that are mutually beneficial to the employer and employee.

AIPSO’s Total Rewards Package has the following components:

  • Base salary
  • Health and welfare benefits
  • Retirement benefits
  • Work/Life benefits
  • Time Off benefits
  • Professional development benefits

AIPSO continually reviews its total rewards package to be certain that the programs support this philosophy and are consistent with common industry practices.
