EASi Email Verification Required Beginning January 13, 2026

EASi will soon display a message after the Log In Screen that requires a Producer of Record to enter and verify their email address.   

• Only the following individual should complete the email verification:
  • Legal holder of the license
  • Designated Responsible Party (DRP)
  • Principal Producer
• The email entered must not be a shared or group email address
• Once verified, the Producer of Record will receive a one-time 6-digit passcode at that email address.  Entering the passcode will be required to complete the process.  
• The Email Verification message will no longer appear on the EASi Log In Screen for your Agency after the Email Verification process is completed, unless “Reverify” is needed to make a correction.  The message will appear, and steps 1-2 must be repeated.

Change in Commercial Automobile Insurance Procedure (CAIP) Servicing Carrier

Effective January 1, 2026, AIPSO Insurance Operations (AIO) will be replacing State Farm Automobile Mutual Insurance Company as the CAIP Servicing Carrier for the HJUP.

Applications submitted to the Plan with an Effective Date on or after January 1, 2026 will be issued and serviced by AIPSO Insurance Operations (AIO). AIO will issue and service the Plan’s commercial auto policies through a Fronting Company arrangement with National Specialty Insurance Company.

Producers, please note there will be no changes to the current application process with this change in Servicing Carrier.  Please refer to the guides under the Hawaii Plan Links for additional details regarding application processing.

Starting 10/1/24 AIPSO Insurance Operations (AIO) will begin Quoting HJUP Commercial Applications:

This is the new process for all HJUP Commercial risks with effective dates of October 1, 2024, or later: 

1. Producers must register for the Electronic Application Submission Interface (EASI) to complete an HJUP Commercial application. 
2. Once completed, applications and supporting documents should be emailed or faxed to AIO for quoting. 
3. AIO will return the completed quote to the producer. 
4. Once the quote is returned, the application must be completed in EASi and electronically submitted. 
5. All documents with deposit will be mailed to IC international:
