As of May 4, 2026, Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is now required to access EASI.
All users must have their own AIPSO Producer Services account to sign in.
Shared or generic logins are no longer supported.
⚠️ Important: Users without an individual account will not be able to access EASI.
What you need to do:
- Register for an individual AIPSO Producer Services account if you have not already done so
- For Agency Office staff that is not the Producer or Record, set up a staff account
- Each User must complete MFA setup when logging into EASi

Obtaining Certificates of Insurance from National Specialty Insurance Company
This notice is a reminder that you are producers and not agents of Kansas Automobile Insurance Plan nor of National Specialty Insurance Company. As such, you do not have authority to issue Certificates of Insurance on Plan business. If an insured requires a Certificate of Insurance, please submit an email request to CommercialAuto@aipservicing.com. Requests will be processed within 72 hours.
Important information about the KAIP and KAACP transition
Effective january 1, 2024, the KAIP and KAACP office located at 2704 NW Topeka Blvd Suite B in Topeka, Kansas has permanently closed, and all operations have transferred to AIPSO’s home office in Johnston, RI.
- all KAIP and KAACP applications should be mailed to AIPSO’s home office
- AIPSO’s websites will have the latest KAIP and KAACP content
- use the new AIPSO contact info for phone calls, emails, and fax correspondence
- walk-in service will no longer be available
