As of May 4, 2026, Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is now required to access EASI.
All users must have their own AIPSO Producer Services account to sign in.
Shared or generic logins are no longer supported.
⚠️ Important: Users without an individual account will not be able to access EASI.
What you need to do:
- Register for an individual AIPSO Producer Services account if you have not already done so
- For Agency Office staff that is not the Producer or Record, set up a staff account
- Each User must complete MFA setup when logging into EASi

Obtaining Certificates of Insurance from National Specialty Insurance Company
This notice is a reminder that you are producers and not agents of Tennessee Automobile Insurance Plan nor of National Specialty Insurance Company. As such, you do not have authority to issue Certificates of Insurance on Plan business. If an insured requires a Certificate of Insurance, please submit an email request to CommercialAuto@aipservicing.com. Requests will be processed within 72 hours.
