EASi is displaying an important message after the Log In Screen that requires a Producer of Record to enter and verify their email address.
- Only the following individual should complete the email verification:
- Legal holder of the license
- Designated Responsible Party (DRP)
- Principal Producer
- The email entered must not be a shared or group email address
- Once verified, the Producer of Record will receive a one-time 6-digit passcode at that email address. Entering the passcode will be required to complete the process.
- The Email Verification message will no longer appear on the EASi Log in Screen for your Agency after the Email Verification process is completed, unless “Reverify” is needed to make a correction. The message will appear, and steps 1-2 must be repeated.
