EASi is displaying an important message after the Log In Screen that requires a Producer of Record to enter and verify their email address.
- Only the following individual should complete the email verification:
- Legal holder of the license
- Designated Responsible Party (DRP)
- Principal Producer
- The email entered must not be a shared or group email address
- Once verified, the Producer of Record will receive a one-time 6-digit passcode at that email address. Entering the passcode will be required to complete the process.
- The Email Verification message will no longer appear on the EASi Log In Screen for your Agency after the Email Verification process is completed, unless “Reverify” is needed to make a correction. The message will appear, and steps 1-2 must be repeated.
New USPS Postmark Policy
Effective December 24, 2025 the USPS updated its postmark
rules. The update states that
machine-applied postmarks reflect the date
of the first automated processing, not when mail was dropped off
,
potentially shifting dates by days due to mail consolidation.
This change will impact Plan applications and payments as
the postmark standard now relies on this later processing date
.
In order to ensure applications and payments are postmarked
immediately, the USPS suggests users (1) request mail be hand stamped at the
post office, or (2) send mail certified or registered or (3) send mail
certificate of mailing.
