New Password Requirements for Stingray - Effective January 7, 2025
The Stingray platform will require any user, who is updating their password, to increase their password length from 8 digits to 14 digits. The same requirements of 1 uppercase letter, 1 numeric, and 1 special character still apply. The new Stingray password will be updated every 180 days (6 months), and the reminders will start 14 days prior to the expiration date.
